After living in my SF condo for a few years, I moved to LA and rented it out. Twelve years later I was ready to sell. I had a great location and a good size place but the unit had devolved into rental quality because I hadn’t updated anything. I wanted an agent that could just come in, take care of everything for me, get it into the best shape it could get in and sell it. I, basically, wanted to be an absentee seller. I received Jamie’s name from my LA agent and am so glad I did. She helped me maneuver how to deal with my tenants so that we could sell it vacant, she liaised with the HOA (no easy feat) and directed a large team of vendors to get the home repaired, garden refreshed, things painted and spruced up and staged.  She engaged in a very aggressive off-market effort in advance of the MLS that included mailing and digital advertising. I received 11 offers in a slowing market and the final price was well beyond even my highest expectations. The buyer had seen the property during the off-market strategy, showing that her extra effort paid off.  In the end, I was able to be an absentee seller and get an amazing price for my place; I highly recommend Jamie and her team.
